Definitions
License Grant
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- →Install and use the Software on the number of WordPress sites permitted by your plan.
- →Receive Software updates issued during your active subscription period.
- →Access our priority support channels.
Restrictions
You must not:
- →Use the Software on more sites than permitted by your plan.
- →Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer the Software or your License Key to any third party.
- →Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except as permitted by applicable law.
- →Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- →Use the Software to develop a competing product.
- →Share your License Key publicly or allow unauthorised third parties to activate it.
License Enforcement
The Software communicates with our licensing server to validate your License Key on activation. If a key is detected as active on more sites than the plan permits, it may be automatically revoked and you will be notified to deactivate excess installations.
Attempting to circumvent license validation is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property
The Software — including all code, design, documentation, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Robust Softech Private Limited. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Warranties & Disclaimers
We warrant that the Software will perform materially as described in the documentation during your license period. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- →The Software is provided "as is" without any other express or implied warranty.
- →We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every third-party plugin or hosting environment.
- →We are not responsible for payment processing decisions made by NMI or your acquiring bank.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robust Softech Private Limited's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Termination
We may terminate your license immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies. Clauses on intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi, India.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for 30 days.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
