Robust Softech Private Limited ("we", "our", "us") operates nmipro.com and the NMI Gateway for WooCommerce plugin. We are incorporated in India. For privacy queries, contact support@nmipro.com.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data when you purchase or use the plugin:

Identity & Contact
Name, email address, billing country — collected at checkout.
Transaction Data
Order reference, plan, amount paid, Stripe payment intent ID. We never store card numbers.
License Data
License key, activated domain(s), activation and expiry dates.
Account Data
bcrypt-hashed password, account creation timestamp.
Support Data
Content of support tickets you submit, including diagnostics you share.
Technical Data
IP address, browser type, pages visited — via server logs for security purposes.

How We Use Your Data

  • →Fulfil your order, generate your license key, and provide plugin download access.
  • →Send transactional emails: order confirmation, welcome email, set-password link, support acknowledgements.
  • →Validate license keys and enforce per-site activation limits.
  • →Provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
  • →Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorised use.
  • →Comply with our legal obligations under Indian law.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We share data with the following processors solely to operate our service:

Stripe Inc.
Payment processing. Stripe handles card data; we only receive a payment confirmation and reference ID.
Resend Inc.
Transactional email delivery. Your email and order details are transmitted to send confirmations.
Turso / ChiselStrike
Hosted SQLite database storing account, license, and order records.
Vercel Inc.
Website and API hosting. Server logs may include your IP address.

All processors are bound by data processing agreements and may only use your data to provide their services.

Cookies

This site uses strictly necessary cookies only — for session state and CSRF protection. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. No cookie banner is required because we do not place non-essential cookies.

Data Retention

Account & license records
Duration of subscription + 3 years (accounting & dispute purposes).
Support tickets
2 years from ticket creation.
Server logs
90 days, then automatically purged.

You may request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations) by emailing support@nmipro.com.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • →Request erasure of your data (right to be forgotten), where applicable.

Security

We use TLS encryption for all data in transit, bcrypt for password hashing, and restrict production system access to authorised personnel. In the event of a data breach posing a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you without undue delay.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
