Our Guarantee
We stand behind our software. If you are not completely satisfied with NMI Gateway for WooCommerce Pro or Agency within 14 calendar days of your purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
This guarantee exists so you can purchase with confidence. We believe in the quality of our product and want you to have a risk-free way to try it.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if all of the following apply:
- →Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- →You provide your order reference number (format: ORD-YYYY-XXXXXX).
- →You have not previously received a refund for the same product.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@nmipro.com with the following:
We will process your request within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
After a Refund
Once your refund is processed, the following will occur automatically:
- →Your license key will be revoked and deactivated on all registered sites.
- →You must uninstall the NMI Gateway plugin from all WordPress installations.
- →You will no longer be eligible for plugin updates or support for that license.
Renewals
Annual license renewals are also eligible for the 14-day refund window, calculated from the renewal payment date. If you renew by mistake or no longer need the plugin, contact us promptly at support@nmipro.com.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- →The 14-day window has passed since the original purchase or renewal date.
- →The request is for the free plugin (available on WordPress.org — no payment is involved).
- →The issue is caused by an incompatible third-party plugin, hosting configuration, or custom code outside our plugin. We will however make every reasonable effort to resolve such issues through support first.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi, India.
